Gionna Jene Daddio is an American actress and professional wrestler who was born on June 8, 1994. She has a contract with WWE and uses the stage name Liv Morgan to perform on the SmackDown brand. She was formerly the women's champion on SmackDown.
Daddio signed a contract with WWE in 2014, and after being sent to the WWE Performance Center, she later made an appearance in NXT as Liv Morgan. To form the stable known as The Riott Squad, she was paired with Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, and other members of the main roster in 2017. Morgan switched to the singles circuit in 2019 after the stable broke up.
After a few months of her singles career, she met up with Riott, who had been out with a shoulder injury for months, to resurrect the Riott Squad as a duo rather than a trio with Logan no longer a member. Until Riott's release in 2021, Morgan and Riott collaborated on stage.
When Ronda Rousey was defeated to win the SmackDown Women's Championship in 2022, Morgan won the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match and cashed in that same evening. This was the first championship of her wrestling career.
On January 28, 2023, Morgan participated in the women's Royal Rumble match at the main event. She started out as the #2 and lasted more than an hour before Rhea Ripley, the match's first entrant and winner, eliminated her as the final opponent.
By beating her record of 56:52 from the 2021 Royal Rumble, Ripley and Morgan broke it with official times of 1:01:08 and 1:01:07, respectively. On February 18, she competed in the women's Elimination Chamber match of the main event, but Natalya and Asuka eliminated her.
